Rita – Lovina does sometimes add eggs depending on how her hens are laying, this is a good recipe!:) – kevin

This recipe for Macaroni Salad sounds so delicious. Are the veggies,
carrots and celery, sliced, diced, grated or what? I guess it may not
actually matter, but should be left to personal preference. ( hard boiled
    eggs sound extra yummy, too.)
Thanks for the great photo of the open buggy and the story about
    Big and Little Rose.

      Diana,
Diced would probably be how Lovina would do it, but you are right…there’s no reason why you couldn’t grate the carrots…very much a matter of personal preference. The celery you would want to dice into as small of pieces as possible to keep the “crunch” even distributed throughout the salad. This is a good recipe! – Kevin
