    I can’t wait..but you knew that!! I just got off the phone with my oldest son and we were talking about tapping trees. We all get “tapping fever” this time of year! I am looking forward to the syrup recipes..I use alot of it in cooking. For anyone new to using maple syrup in cooking,keep in mind that syrup is acidic,so you must counter-act that. Often baking soda and/or sour cream are used.
