Barbecued Hamburgers
- • 2 lb. hamburger
- • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- • 2 C. soft bread crumbs
- • 2 t. salt
- • ¼ C. minced onion
- • ¼ C. milk
- Barbecue Sauce
- • 2 T. brown sugar
- • 2 T. vinegar
- • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- • 1 C. catsup
- Lightly brown the hamburger then add chopped onion.
- Continue browning until meat is no longer pink and the onion is sauteed.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat, stirring often until the hamburger is thoroughly cooked and the sauce is thick and bubbles.
- This should take about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve on your favorite rolls with your favorite cheese slice on top of the barbecued burgers
