Ingredients
  • 6 cups squash, peeled and shredded
  • 2 cups diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 /2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 /2 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 2 10.75 ounce cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • Seasoning to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan, layer ingredients with the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until squash is tender.
