The Amish Cook: Haitian Hospitality
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Cabbage
- Peppers
- Onions
- Dump first five ingredients into a 2 quart kettle then your choice of veggies can be chunked, diced, and tossed into the sauce mixture.
- Boil until veggies are tender.
- Spoon over rice and enjoy!
