Time for another browse through Amazon to see what sort of Amish-themed wares we can find. I"ll have to do an Etsy-themed post soon too, because those are always fun (but, yeah, I do get a small commission for things you buy from these Amazon links....it's usually like 3 cents, but, hey)
PEACH PIE FILLING: Man, this looks good, and this is stuff is the real deal, coming from an Amish owned canning operation in Arthur, Illinois. Basically, in my view, you can never go wrong with peach. Click here to check out this pie filling.
AMISH PEACH SALSA: This is good stuff from Scherger's Kettle in Shipshewana, Indiana. Please pass the tortilla chips over to me!
BACON SAUERKRAUT: Ooooh, not sure how I feel about this....but isn't everything better with bacon? Click here.
$3000.00 WORTH OF AMISH FUDGE: I saw this and thought it was a joke post...you gotta be kidding me, $3000 worth of fudge??? Granted, it is aimed at corporations who want to give out gift boxes, but, geez....yeah, if you want to see what $3000 worth of fudge looks like, click here, just don't accidentally click the Buy button!
AMISH APPLE CINNAMON BREAD: Man, this looks, and sounds, amazing....straight from Shipshewana, Indiana....Click here to order this good stuff.
An old, classic Amish cookbook
AMISH COOKING FROM YODER, KANSAS: Someone should snap up this book....looks like there is one copy for $15, which I don't feel like parting with at the moment. Yoder, Kansas is a very old, unique Amish settlement out on the prairie, I bet there are some wonderful, culturally relevant recipes in this book. If you order it, let me know and perhaps you can share some detail with me when you get it. Click here.
