With Thanksgiving season upon us in earnest now I wanted to make sure you had all the turkey tools possible from the Plain people.

Rosanna Bauman provided a wonder collection of tips in her column last year of turkey dos and don'ts.  Click here to read Rosanna's primer which covers everything from buying your bird to cooking it and stuffing it.

And for those of you who like to watch video demonstrations, chef Carl Kosko of the Harvest Moon Bed & Breakfast in New Holland, Pennsylvania, smack in Lancaster County's Amish country, demonstrates how to cook a turkey Amish-style. Click here.
