We ate dinner at Cracker Barrel the other night, and one of the things I look forward to there is when they bring out a basket of biscuits. Well, actually it’s not just Cracker Barrel, it’s anywhere. like biscuits basically from anywhere.
There’s a restaurant chain in West Virginia called Tudor's Biscuit World. That’s the first place my wife and I ate after we got married, when we were on our way to South Carolina. Those are some good biscuits. Biscuits are not the most glamorous food item in the world, but there’s nothing better than a biscuit smothered with gravy, or buttered and spread with jelly. Or forget all of that and just douse it with some honey. '
Those are all great uses for biscuits. Another way to enjoy a biscuit is just to make it into an egg sandwich. Wow.

I like these biscuits because you don't have to roll them out, just drop them into a muffin cup and that is about as easy as you get!

- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 /4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix till smooth and drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet or fill 12 muffin tins 2 /3 full.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 375.
