Amish Biscuit Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 biscuits, crumbled
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup chopped onion
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and firmly pack meat loaf into loaf pan.
- Baked at 350 degrees for one hour.
- Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Makes 8 servings
