I just recently received Susan and Verena's cookbook and it really is delightful. Some nice pictures of the old Coblentz home in the book and lots of recipes from the many family members. I laughed when I saw one submitted by little Kevin! What a wonderful book to have for their family and I am happy to receive one as well. Thank you for getting us the info to get one.
This recipe sounds good! How many muffins does it make?
Tanya - I am not 100 percent sure, because that information was not included with the recipe...but I think 2 dozen.....

I made these today, and I got 12 regular size muffins out of the batter. They smell yummy! I can't wait until they cool so I can try one!
Glad to hear that, always good to hear from you, Mavis...long time no post!
I am trying to get caught up with your posts Kevin. I didn't know about Susan and Verena’s cookbook. Can you give me the particulars on it? Thanks
