    Amish Meat Coating

    Published: Feb 11, 2013 · Updated: May 14, 2020 by Kevin Williams | 3 Comments

Try this meat coating for breading your meat.  It can be used on chicken, pork, or steaks. What isn’t used can be sealed and stored for later use.

The meat coating sounds good. I will have to try it. I am always looking for different ways to do things in the kitchen , and your recipe's Lovina are big help. I have used quite a few. Thank you Keven for your hard work.

This week's article raises a question I often wonder about, and that is how far will a family typically travel by horse and buggy? (I'm assuming that the 2 hour ride Lovina talks about will be by van.)

I was wondering the same thing that Wendy asked. How far would you normally travel by buggy? I am hoping for good weather for your trip Lovina!
