Amish Etsy: Shipshewana Cookbook, Brown Bag Apple Pie, Friendship Soup, and More!

I haven't done an "Amish Etsy" in awhile and, frankly, I don't do them because with Amazon I get a little cut for anything you purchase. Here, I don't, although Etsy does have an affiliate program, so I should join it and maybe get a little something. It's like free money.  Anyway, though, I think Etsy has more fun and interesting themed Amish items so I wanted to take a look and it didn't disappointed.

Looks like an amazingly authentic cookbook!

A TASTE OF SHIPSHEWANA AMISH COOKBOOK: This cookbook is compiled by the Shipshewana Merchants Association using recipes from Amish families through northern Indiana's sprawling Amish settlement.  There are probably some amazing recipes to be found.  Yes, there will be the usual "deep dish taco squares" and other non-Amish mainstays, but I love these cookbooks for the occasional "treasure recipe", that one doughnut recipe that has been passed down through the Amish generations.  So, take a look at this cookbook, definitely sounds like one to have.

THE AMISH DOOR'S BROWN BAG APPLE PIE:  I don't think this is associated with the restaurant of the same name, although I am not entire certain, but I am not sure I care...because this pie looks amazing.  Still, how would one ship a pie like this?  Click here to take a look!

THE AMISH DOOR'S CINNAMON ROLLS:  And while we are at it, what about this?  Holy cow...click here to see.

AMISH-MADE WOODEN MILK TRUCK:  This looks so solidly made and fun to play with if you are a kid (or not). Click here to take a look at this from Lapp's toys.

AMISH FRIENDSHIP SOUP:  Okay, yes, this looks amazing...it really, really does...but would you pay $1.50 for the recipe?    I guess a lot of people would.....and do.....paywalls don't work for my whole website, but $1.50 for a recipe? Seems high, but check this out.....
