UPDATE - CELEBRITY CHEF TURNS AMISH : Former celebrity chef still happy in Unity.  We talked about this earlier this year and this is just a fascinating story.  A former chef at one of Charlie Trotter's renowned restaurants decided to leave behind the pressure-cooker life of the restaurant biz, convert to the Amish, and peddle his craft in rural Maine.  The community he chose - Unity  - is a far more open and welcoming one than other Amish settlements, so I am not surprised that he chose Unity....with 2016 coming to a close, he is still finding friendly footing there.
