PINECRAFT AUCTION: This is the peak season for Pinecraft, the Amish enclave in Sarasota, Florida. Amish snowbirds fill restaurants,beaches, and parks taking in the warm sun and playing shuffleboard. AMISH PARTY BUSTED: Amish teenagers gathered in northern Indiana to drink alcohol and socialize. But they grew rowdy and police moved in, and I am glad. The “rumspringa” party shouldn’t be a license to break the law and if Amish kids are drinking underage, they should, in my view, be treated as anyone else. Click here to read more.
