    Amish One-Dish Meal

    Published: Oct 25, 2018 · Updated: May 1, 2022 by Kevin Williams | Leave a Comment

    By Kevin Williams

This is one of these classic one-dish meals that are comprised of just four ingredients, but it still makes for a very hearty dish because of what those ingredients are: potatoes, beef, noodles, and tomatoes.  Interestingly, there is absolutely no seasoning in the dish.  If I were making this I would at the very least add some salt and pepper.

This is fresh chunked and canned beef in an Amish kitchen....you can't beat the freshness from home-butchered beef and that is what really makes this recipe sing.
