    Amish Sunday Supper

This is a curious recipe that I found in my archives from the early 1990s and...mmmm, I just don't know about this.  Combing the taste of chicken and tuna?  I know there is "chicken of the sea", but, sheesh.  Not sure how this would taste.   There are also a lot of unanswered questions about this recipe that you'll need to consider before trying it...cook the rice first and then add or is it uncooked rice. I'd guess uncooked.  Do you dilute any of the soups or not, I'm going to guess no since there's nothing in the instructions. Drain the tuna or not?  I'd guess yes.....and I'm assuming you dice the celery.  So, for the brave, here is the recipe!

two 12 ounce cans of tuna

2 cans of cream of chicken soup

    1 cup of regular rice

    3 cups of potato chips

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

    4 cups of celery

    1 cup of chopped onions.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the chips.  Pour into a greased glass baking dish. Crush potato chips and sprinkle on top.  Bake 90 minutes at 350.
