    Amish Wedding Steak

    Published: Aug 14, 2016 · Updated: Aug 14, 2016 by Kevin Williams | 4 Comments

This is a common recipe served at Amish weddings.  If you are looking for a hearty Sunday supper, maybe you can consider this!  Of course Amish cooks will make this in massive quantities for a wedding. This recipe seems to be most common among the Amish of northern Indiana.

      1. I am confused by the statement
"Pat down firmly in cake pan in square cake pan" Can youplease explain this?
      2. "Let set overnight" Do you mean in the refrigerator? Covered? Uncovered?

Very excited to try this YUMMY sounding recipe, bu tneed clarification on things I am confused about first.. Thank you for sharing it.
