We had just finished touring the Salemville Blue Cheese facility in rural Wisconsin when we walked into the small retail store that adjoins it. Â I asked the young Amish woman behind the counter if she had any favorite ways to enjoy blue cheese or if she had any recipes. Â She hesitated at first, not able to think of a recipe. Â But then she starts telling me how she makes a homemade blue cheese dip. Â So I excitedly got out my pen and paper and took down the young Amish woman's simple recipe.
