Can You Guess The Autumn Beauty?

    Published: Oct 22, 2015 · Updated: Oct 22, 2015 by Kevin Williams | 2 Comments

This photo doesn't quite do justice to how beautiful this scene is because this is a picture of a picture.  But, wow, sometimes I glance at this picture and am transported back to this place, soaking in its beauty and autumn splendor.  Has  it really been almost 25 years since I took this shot?

Interestingly, I couldn't tell you exactly where this shot was taken, but I could look at a map and come close.

I'm never ceased to be amazed by the reach of our Amish365 email list, though, I bet you someone on here might be able to give a good guess as to exactly where this photo was taken.

This area remains one of my favorite places to this day.  Wish I could find this spot right now and just sit on a warm rock in the sun and watch this water ripple by.  Ahhh, how peaceful.

    Okay, any guesses?  Answer tomorrow!

I believe it is in Adams county Ohio, Near West Union, Namely close to Wheat Ridge Road. I had friend who live in the area down on Devils Hill. We would visit several times a year and my girls who are grown now played with the Amish children up the road.
