I have a massive archive of Amish recipes. But trying to decide what readers like best is an inexact science at best. I know you like baked goods. Vegetable recipes don't seem to do as well, especially zucchini and corn. Meat recipes are especially difficult to figure out, so I am going to do a little experiment. I put an Amish/Mennonite beef recipe, a chicken recipe, and a pork recipe all on separate pages and I'm going to see which one of these gets the most views. I'll let you know tomorrow. This is very unscientific. Many of you will click all three recipes and that's fine, that is good data also. Some of you may not like chicken and dumplings but, for instance, you'd like barbecued chicken. So just because chicken and dumplings doesn't get a ton of clicks might not necessarily mean chicken isn't popular. We'll see. I also added a fish choice here too. I hardly ever do fish recipes, but I have a lot of Amish recipes that use tuna. Plus, fishing is popular among the Amish so there are many homemade concoctions for catfish breadings, etc. I'll let you know tomorrow which meat (or fish) won the race!
So, here we go:
PORK: AMISH DINNER SAUSAGE
CHICKEN: AMISH CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS
