Aunt Judy's Peanut Butter Cake
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 /4 cup soft margarine
  • 1 /4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1 /2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 / 2 cup warm water
  • 1 cup thick, sour milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Frosting
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. CAKE:CAKE: Mix together in a large mixing bowl for several minutes.
  2. Pour into two greased and floured 9 inch layer pans or a 9 X 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. FROSTING Melt butter,peanut butter, and chips over low heat, blend in other ingredients until thick and creamy and spread on cool cake.
