Pepperoni Bread
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1 /2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons oregano
  • 3 1 /4 cup flour
  • 1 1 /2 teaspoon yeast
  • 2 /3 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine first five ingredients. Add yeast and flour. Then add pepperoni. Let rise for 30 minutes. Put onto a 10 X 15 cookie sheet and let rise 30 more minutes. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Put cheese on bread and bake till cheese is melted.
