Pepperoni Bread
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1 /2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons oregano
- 3 1 /4 cup flour
- 1 1 /2 teaspoon yeast
- 2 /3 cup chopped pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- In a bowl combine first five ingredients. Add yeast and flour. Then add pepperoni. Let rise for 30 minutes. Put onto a 10 X 15 cookie sheet and let rise 30 more minutes. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Put cheese on bread and bake till cheese is melted.
