Barbecued Hamburger Balls
- 1 1 /2 pounds hamburger
- 3 /4 cup oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 /4 cup milk
- Sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 /2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
- Mix first four ingredients well.
- Form into balls or patties.
- Roll in flour and fry lightly.
- Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
