Amish Scalloped Corn
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 /3 cup bread or cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix altogether and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
