Amish Scalloped Corn
- 2 cups corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 /3 cup bread or cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Mix altogether and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
