Angel Cream Pie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 /2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 /8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups of cream, warmed slightly
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar, flour, and salt.
  2. Then slowly stir in warmed cream and vanilla.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and add in to the rest of the mixture.
  4. Pour all into an unbaked 8-inch pie shell.
  5. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
  6. Then reduce to 325 till center in the center (15 - 25 minutes)
