Amish Fudge Nut Bars
- 2 cups oleo
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- FILLING:
- 1 package chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can Eagle brand milk
- 1 cup nuts
- 2 tablespoons oleo
- Mix and press half in bottom of a loaf pan.
- Then mix filling in a saucepan and melt.
- Pour over first mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until light brown.
