Plain Kansas: Chicken Corn Chowder For the Soul
- 3 cups chicken, fully cooked and diced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- Half cup onion chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 2 cups carrots shredded
- 2 cans corn (not cream style or frozen corn)
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Mix all in a large pot.
- Heat on medium-high until warm (maybe about 10 -15 mins.)
- After the soup is hot mix in parsley
