Taco Salad
- 1 pound ground beef, fried
- 1 -2 heads iceburg lettuce, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 pint kidney beans, cooked, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- Taco chips
- Dressing:
- 1 /2 cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 /2 cup catsup
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well-blended.
- Pour dressing over all just before serving.
- Serves 12
