Ingredients
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (about ¾ head)
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled & shredded
  • 1 medium beet, peeled & shredded
  • 1 /2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
  1. Shred ingredients, mix in dressing, eat immediately or let it sit for a day to improve flavor!
