Red Beet Cole Slaw
- 4 cups shredded cabbage (about ¾ head)
- 2 medium carrots, peeled & shredded
- 1 medium beet, peeled & shredded
- 1 /2 cup ranch dressing
- Shred ingredients, mix in dressing, eat immediately or let it sit for a day to improve flavor!
