Amish Crazy Cake
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups flour
- ¾ cup Crisco oil
- 6 tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- Heat oven to 350
- Place all ingredients, except 1 cup of the water, into a bowl.
- Stir until smooth then add the rest of the water.
- Stir well. Pour batter into a 9"x13" cake pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. May be eaten plain or iced with a butter icing.
