Hot Beef and Cabbage Pockets
- FILLING:
- 2 pounds hamburger
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brown hamburger.
- Add onion and continue to cook.
- Add cabbage and cook on low for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Uncover and cool.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Now use some of your own bread dough and roll out to ¼ inch thick.
- Cut round shapes 5 to 6 inches across.
- Pout one heaping tables;poon filling into it.
- Fold in half and press edges firmly together.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes immediately after filling up a pan.
