SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS
- 1⅓ cup quick oats
- 1⅓ cup flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ⅔ cup butter
- Filling:
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups raisins
- Combine crumb ingredients.
- Pat ⅔ of crumbs into a 9" pan.
- Combine filling ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a roiling boil.
- Pour filling over crust and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
