Amish Tapioca

Serves: serves 6
Ingredients
  • 2 cups of tapioca
  • 2 quarts water
  • 6 ounce package of strawberry jello
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 can Rich's topping
Instructions
  1. Cook tapioca and water for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from stove.
  3. Add sugar and Jello and stir well.
  4. Let get cold and set.
  5. If too thick, add water.
  6. Stir a few times while cooking as tapioca will settle to the bottom.
  7. Whip topping until it is very stiff.
  8. Add the amount of tapioca you desire.
  9. Mix very well.
