Serves: 1 pie
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash of cinnamon
  1. Beat together eggs and sugar until thick and light yellow.
  2. Gently stir in the milk and add vanilla.
  3. Pour into a 9” unbaked pie shell and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
  4. Bake in a 400 º F. oven for about 40 minutes or until set, golden brown and puffed in the middle.
