Hotdog Meatloaf
Total time
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 /2 pound ground hot dogs
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- half of glaze mixture
- GLAZE
- 3 /4 cup brown sugar
- 1 /2 cup water
- 1 /2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Mix the glaze and divide into two bowls.
- For the meatloaf, combine all of the ingredients and half the glaze.
- Form meat mixture into a loaf and spread the other half of the glaze on top.
- Bake at 1 hour at 375.
