Barbecued Hamburgers

Ingredients
  • • 2 lb. hamburger
  • • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • • 2 C. soft bread crumbs
  • • 2 t. salt
  • • ¼ C. minced onion
  • • ¼ C. milk
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • • 2 T. brown sugar
  • • 2 T. vinegar
  • • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • • 1 C. catsup
Instructions
  1. Lightly brown the hamburger then add chopped onion.
  2. Continue browning until meat is no longer pink and the onion is sauteed.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat, stirring often until the hamburger is thoroughly cooked and the sauce is thick and bubbles.
  4. This should take about 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Serve on your favorite rolls with your favorite cheese slice on top of the barbecued burgers
