BREADED STEAK AND POTATOES

Ingredients
  • 4 cubed steaks
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 cups bread crumbs, fine
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup half and half
Instructions
  1. Dip cubed steaks into beaten egg and then into bread crumbs.
  2. Fry in medium-hot frying pan with oil.
  3. Cook until browned one each side (does not have to be done)
  4. Peel potatoes and slice thinly into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with browned meat.
  6. Dilute the soup with half and half.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour over the meat and potatoes.
  9. Cover and bake.
