Wengerd's Broasted Chicken
- 1 fryer chicken, cut-up
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 1 /2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Mix the ketchup, sauce, brown sugar, water, lemon juice, mustard and recipe of spices and blende thoroughly.
- Roll chicken in flour.
- Then dip into sauce.
- Pout into pan and cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 until done, about 30 minutes.
