Wengerd's Broasted Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 fryer chicken, cut-up
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 1 /2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
  1. Mix the ketchup, sauce, brown sugar, water, lemon juice, mustard and recipe of spices and blende thoroughly.
  2. Roll chicken in flour.
  3. Then dip into sauce.
  4. Pout into pan and cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 350 until done, about 30 minutes.
