Ingredients
  • 1 /4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 /2 pound ground beef
  • 1 /2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 /2 cup chopped pepper
  • 1 can tomatoes (20 ounces)
  • 1 1 /2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 /4 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard
  • 8 ounces macaroni
Instructions
  1. Cook first four ingredients in hot oil in a heavy medium kettle until the meat is browned.
  2. Then add the next 5 ingredients to the meat mixture and bring to a boil.
  3. Add macaroni and bring to a boil.
  4. Turn to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
