Rosanna's Perfect Pie Crust
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of shortening
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 /3 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Cut shortening into flour and salt and mix until crumbly.
  2. Stir in water, vinegar, and slightly beaten egg.
  3. Chill dough.
  4. Roll to desired thickness and place into pie pans.
