Holmes County Beefy Spaghetti Casserole
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1 /2 cups uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 /4 cups cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti until tender, drain.
  2. In a skillet, brown beef and onion in the butter.
  3. Add flour, seasoning, and milk.
  4. Cook until thick,
  5. Mix one-half cup cheese with spaghetti.
  6. Place half spaghetti  and cheese mixture in baking dish.
  7. Top with rest of spaghetti.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
