Amish Autumn Apple Salad
 
 
Ingredients
  • 20 ounces undrained, crushed pineapple
  • 2 /3 cup sugar
  • 3 ounces lemon jello
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups diced, unpeeled apples
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan combine pineapple and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Add Jello.
  5. Stir until dissolved.
  6. Add cream cheese.
  7. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  8. Cool.
  9. Fold in apples, nuts, and whipped topping.
