Monster Cookie Energy Bites
- 1 cup peanut butter (I use sugar-free)
- ½ cup honey
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups quick oats
- 4 tablespoon wheat germ(opt)
- ⅔ cup flax seeds (opt)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (opt)
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup M&M’s (sometimes I use raisins instead)
- In a medium saucepan melt together first four ingredients over medium heat, then add dry ingredients. Roll into balls. Refrigerate or freeze.
