Monster Cookie Energy Bites
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter (I use sugar-free)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 4 tablespoon wheat germ(opt)
  • ⅔ cup flax seeds (opt)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (opt)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup M&M’s (sometimes I use raisins instead)
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan melt together first four ingredients over medium heat, then add dry ingredients. Roll into balls. Refrigerate or freeze.
