Beatrice's Butterscotch Cookies...
 
 
Ingredients
  • 4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 cuyps flour
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 tablespoon soda
  • 1 tablespoon cream of tartar
Instructions
  1. Mix and let dough chill overnight.
  2. Shale into logs or rolls and then slice and bake at 350 for about 10 - 12 minutes, just until edges get golden.
