The Amish Cook: Week of February 24, 2019
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 quart chicken broth
  • 8 oz medium or fine noodles
  • 1 cup shredded carrots (opt)
  • 1 cup diced potatoes (opt)
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a kettle, simmer till noodles and veggies are soft.
