The Amish Cook: Week of February 24, 2019
- 2 quart chicken broth
- 8 oz medium or fine noodles
- 1 cup shredded carrots (opt)
- 1 cup diced potatoes (opt)
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a kettle, simmer till noodles and veggies are soft.
