1 large can of pork and beans (1 pounds, 5 ounces)
1 pound hamburg
1 /2 pound bacon
1 /2 teapsoon mustard
1 /2 cup catsup
1 /2 tablespoon vinegar
1 / 2 cup brown sugar
1 /2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped onion
Instructions
Drain kidney beans. Brown bacon and pour off drippings. Brown hamburg until red disappears. Add onions and brown lightly. Pour beans, meat mixed well in a 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 for 1 /2 covered and 1 /2 hour uncovered.
