The Amish Cook: Peach Custard Pie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 /4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar, salt, and flour in a bowl, add cream, mix well. Next add peaches, mix and pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until set. Cool and enjoy!
