The Amish Cook: Peach Custard Pie
Ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust
1 cup sugar
¼ cup flour
1 cup cream
1 /4 teaspoon salt
2 cups sliced peaches
Instructions
Mix sugar, salt, and flour in a bowl, add cream, mix well. Next add peaches, mix and pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until set. Cool and enjoy!
