The Amish Cook: Yoder's Chicken Marinade
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together with a wire whisk. Pour over meat to cover completely, stir gently. Marinate two hours or more. The longer you soak, the more tender your meat will be. This sauce can be used for chicken, steak, or any meat of your choice. Grill as usual.
