Amish Rhubarb Bread
- 1 1 /3 cup brown sugar
- 2 /3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour milk
- 2 1 /2 cups flour
- 3 /4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 /2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 /2 cup nuts (optional)
- Mix everything together and pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
