Heat waffle iron. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Stir milk, eggs and butter into flour mixture until just combined. Add ham and cheese. Pour ¾ cup batter onto waffle iron. Cook
until waffles are golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
